Well guys, we've had so many Jumpoffs at this point we've lost count. That's a lie, its the JUMPOFF 12! This Saturday will be the umpteenth installment of everybody's favorite party, and we can't wait to see you! 

DJs Kids with Snakes and Gavin Royce will be in charge of music (disco, indie, house, electro), Mikey Styles and the Huns in charge of drinking (Jameson, vodka, Sparks, tequila). 

Special birthday celebration for Mr. Dan2600, so don't forget to slap him on the ass!

Kamikaze Birds, a new project of Kids with Snakes, trains whole flocks of our avian friends to take down jetliners, thus stranding passengers in New York City so nobody has to miss The JUMP OFF. Of course the safety of our Jump Offers is always considered, so we only target planes piloted by the best in the industry, such as Captain Sully. Kids with Snakes also supports conspiracy theories that the Hudson River plane crash is a well-executed publicity stunt for the upcoming season premiere of LOST.

But seriously people, here's a little more about what to expect at the JUMP OFF 11. You beauties are invited. 

As always we are squeezing friends into tight spaces and in the wise words of Stephen, we're gonna party until we're in tears. For our 11th installment, we have resident DJs Stephen Pandolfi and Gavino Royce as always playing your favorite indie/house/electro/disco, but we also have our amazing guest DJ, Brooklyn's own Jubilee. This busy lady is the press director of Berlin label, Nightshifters, holds her own monthly party in BK alongside Nick Catchdubs and DJ Ayres called Flashing Lights, and can be found writing for Trash Menagerie, The 21 Gun Salute, and Nightshifters. Sometimes Jubilee Djs under the names 4AM Jess and Jolt...check out her latest mixtape here .

Promise that everyone's gonna shake the living Hell out of you this Saturday, January 17th starting at 10 PM sharp. Come by early and have host with the most/floor manager Mikey Snake Muscles direct you to the nearest bottle of whiskey. What am I saying, he'll be happy to oblige all night. Also beware of the HUNs, because we will be taking notes all night to re-cap the nights happening the following day on kidswithsnakes.com. We're always watching...heh hehh!

Everybody Was Grim, Especially Mikey

 

Hey everybody,

So we apologize for the delay in posting, but it has become ritual for The Jump Off and Grim to be continued from anywhere of 1 to 3 days following the actual party. That is, we continue drinking and forgetting to post. So now that we've sobered up a bit, let's recap a little on the Grimmest night of all, Mikey's Birthday:

1. The fuck bag, glorified bathroom attendant "bouncer" was a complete piece of shit. He just got a kick out of shining his pink Maglight in everyone's eyes, redirecting the natural flow of the bathroom line, and saying such gems as "I'm the new Sheriff in town, if ya don't like it, leave!" You sir, are an asshole--and this is not an impromptu free sobriety test line, its the BATHROOM LINE, lose the LED travel-sized dildo.  

2. Angels fainted and the Devil made Hell a little bit hotter when Mikey took about half a bottle of whiskey down his throat as Jesse poured from the bar above. See below, but shield  any children's eyes.

 

3. You maniacs made Grim a complete success and we'll see you at The JUMP OFF XI on Saturday January 17th, hosted by Jubilee of Trash Menagerie. Download  Jubilee's mixtape below! Also check out Nicky Didge's photos from the night in question and go on and be embarrassed with your bad self.

The JUMP OFF 10 sparked such a party that what started on a Saturday night ended late on Sunday night, technically Monday morning.


Savalas ended up as promised--a packed, sweaty dance party, and the drinkies definitely got to some of our Jump Off-goers. A tiny chick got into a fight with some douche-bag extraordinaire outside the party, and although he threw a bottle of water in her face, she totally won. Props to you lady, you can back me up any day.

In a few short but long awaited hours, THE JUMP OFF 10 commences, and I wanted to personally take the time to remind all you crazy fucks to bring your hot asses. Maybe take a nap or something because this ones going 'til 4 AM, and the booze'll be flowing generously all night:

Mark from VHS or BETA will be joining us tonight! We had a lovely time during their set last night at Webster Hall, and we convinced him to do a surprise set at our very own humble Savalas. Fiending to spin for a good party, we offered ours up and he gladly accepted. Basically, its going to be a shit show. 

Also, the infamous Nicky Digital will be shootin' all your beautiful mugs-so go do some practice poses in the mirror.

Don't forget to pay your respects to our dearly departed Sparks by ripping one in public on the street right before you come in. That's right, fuck the po-lice and fuck The Man for causeing this grievance upon society!
